1. General Policy

The World Leaders Forum (WLF) invests significant resources in curating memberships, partnerships, and events. Therefore, all payments made to WLF are final and non-refundable. By registering, purchasing membership, or engaging in sponsorship, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Memberships

• Membership fees (Standard, Pro, Premium, or any other tier) are non-refundable once payment is processed.

• Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned or exchanged for another service.

• Early termination of membership by the member does not entitle them to any refund or credit.

3. Event Registrations

• Event participation fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Participant’s inability to attend,

  • Visa denial,

  • Travel restrictions,

  • Illness or emergencies,

  • Force majeure events (see Section 6).

• In certain cases, WLF may allow registration transfer to another eligible delegate, subject to prior written approval.

4. Sponsorships & Partnerships

• All sponsorship, partnership, and advertising commitments are binding and non-refundable.

• Once an agreement is signed and payment is processed, no cancellations will be accepted.

• Should the event format change (in-person to hybrid/virtual), sponsorship benefits will be adapted accordingly without refund.

5. Digital Products & Services

• Any digital content, reports, or services purchased through WLF are non-refundable once delivered.

• Access credentials for digital platforms or online events cannot be transferred or exchanged.

6. Force Majeure

WLF shall not be liable for cancellations, postponements, or modifications caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters,

• War, terrorism, or political unrest,

• Pandemics or health emergencies,

• Government regulations or travel restrictions,

• Technical failures outside WLF’s control.

In such cases:

• Fees already paid will not be refunded.

• WLF may, at its sole discretion, reschedule, relocate, or convert the event into a digital format.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

• While no refunds are offered, WLF may, in rare and exceptional cases, provide a credit note for future events or services.

• Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of WLF and are not guaranteed.

8. Policy Updates

WLF reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via our website or email.
